1. Order Issues

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

2. Returns

Since our products are made-to-order, we only offer returns for defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges
